BLACK SCREEN IN DJI GO 4 EDITOR

Anyone else having this problem I have a Samsung Galaxy tab a 8in tablet. Everything worked fine for quite a while about a year-and-a-half suddenly I have black screen when I go into DJI editor.... the film roll at the bottom of the screen shows but when I hit the play button the screen goes black... There is just no video I might add the music plays. Videos are downloading onto my photos automatically I just can't do anything in editor with them.
Any ideas or suggestions out there

First try clearing app cache. If that doesn't work, back up your app data then uninstall/reinstall the app. Sounds like a storage issue (maybe). Do you have enough free storage? May have to delete some stuff you don't use anymore. Good luck!

I'll try that ...I should have plenty of storage space though I've noticed that I have the same problem on all of my Sparks... I have 2, so I have to believe it is a DJI go 4 editor problem.. . what's crazy is the pictures show up the videos show up in editor but when I hit the play arrow screen goes black..... Raw video even shows up in my photo storage on my phone and my tablet . I just can't edit

I was talking about storage on your phone...not on the Spark
