Cable not working

I've tried the OTG cable a couple of times. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it allows me to fly, but I don't have access to the top bar. All the info in the app is not there.??????

Once again...The OTG cable is NOT supported by DJI as of this time.

You might try a forum search in the future for issues you are experiencing...you might find the answer without having to post a question.
