If you didn't crash, it's a warranty issue (if it's within warranty period).
If it isn't covered by warranty, or Care Refresh, or insurance, then you can send it to a local DJI repair company.

Sorry -- but it looks like a serious hardware issue. The camera sensor is not a use serviceable part. Even DJI Repair will likely just swap out the camera.
If you don't want to perform Canberra u swap yourself your gonna need to send it in. I'm hoping you have warranty or DJI Care coverage
