Digitalized viewing on new drone

I’m setting up a new drone (Magic Pro) for a friend. He received this drone several years ago in a raffle, never flew it. I down loaded the DJI Go 4 app on a dedicated iPhone. Problem is the display is showing different colors and digitallzed image. I tried on my phone, same thing. I did get it up and flying, but bad image from two different phones.

I don’t have an issue fling my spark. Please help a friend out. Thanks

Assuming you meant Mavic Pro. Sounds like a faulty unit to me. If it has never been open or used, then it hasn't been registered and could be a warranty issue. If not, my best guess would be the ribbon cable or a circuit board. If it was free anyway, my philosophy is take it apart and troubleshoot. Plenty of u tube videos on taking apart drones. Good luck.
