DJI Go 4 registration problem

Using my iPad I downloaded the app, but when I try to register, I enter a password (twice) then press register, nothing happens. Have tried several times including reloading the app. Help

Do you already have a DJI account. If not then try creating it first on website. They you should be able to log in on app as well.

If you are having trouble logging into an existing account in the Go App you can try uninstalling and reinstalling app.
