Dji said i need a refresh with dji assistant. Aircraft will not link with ap even tho computer sees it as e drive. What gives

Your description is somewhat cryptic. Are you saying DJI Assistant doesn't see your Spark?

If so, make sure you are using the latest version of DJI Assistant and have your Spark powered on. I have found that sometimes I've needed to reboot my computer then start everything up...
