Gimbal not moving all the way

Spark is flying fine. I think I may have gotten sand into the gimbal. It fell a few feet into beach sand. I blew it out with canned air but the gimbal will not go all the way up and down. It does move some but gets stuck going down. Does not appear to go all the way up either. The photos show the change of pitch if you look at the display on the right. That’s all the way up and middle and down. Do you think sand is in there or could the gimbal have gotten smacked that hard? I’ve crash landed harder.

I had the same issue
My battery dropped out over a beach luckily landed in the sand not the sea but gimbel kept getting stuck
I just kept cleaning with air in a can and over a few days / week went back to normal

I ended up sending mine back and they sent back either a refurb or a new one under dji refresh. Must have been cheaper than fixing it or they have sparks to spare.
