gimball issue

Hello my name is Gerard and I have a little issue on my spark:
--- the gimball rolll of my Spark doesnt adjust to the horizontal.. always 10-15º disallignment, I keep the first Firmware (I didnt upgraded) Ive tried to adjust by gimball roll adjustment, leaving it perfect but if I roll over the spark it turns 10/15º to horizontal again??

I see its a frecuent issue on mavics?? calibration?? or gimball Fail??

Try to check if the gimbal is free to move and if there is nothing (grass or so) between the gimbal and the case.
You can try an IMU calibration but there is nothing that says its doing gimbal calibration at that time, but it is easy and fast to do.
What you can also try is to upgrade (why not for such new product) or refresh your current firmware version with the DJI assistant 2.
