Help going back to previous version of firmware

Hello,
I have been having nothing but problems since I upgraded to the latest version of dji go4 firmware. Please tell me how to go back to the previous version of the firmware.
Please be very specific on how to do it as I am 55 and not technically savy.
Also, will I loose my pics and video?Thanks.

Try plugging the drone into the computer and connect up to DJI assistant 2
Spark – Specs, FAQ, Tutorials and Downloads
Try refreshing your software (easy).
If you have any problems let me know and I'll run through it with you.
It won't delete the pictures on your sd card.

Ok thanks. Got it. Found a youtube video on how to do it.
