Help, my Spark has stopped pairing

Today, when I was going to use the spark, it stopped pairing with the controller, so I went to do the pairing manually, turning on the power of the spark and after the flashing yellow light came on, I clicked on the power and wait for the acoustic signal, but my surprise, no sign was heard. I already tried to connect the spark to the pc or Mac, but it only recognizes the external disk where the memory card is and does not connect to the Ässistent application. "

Take the battery off, leave for a couple of minutes and try again with a new/fresh battery.

Does the Spark make the normal start up sounds when you power on? If not, it sounds almost like the Spark operating system is corrupted or there's a hardware fault.

Difficult to guess without more information.

Good morning, thanks for the tip, but I've already done this and the problem persists. As for turning on the spark, it gives the normal sound and even when turning off too. Only it does not empty the pairing, nor does it work the reset. I've also tried to connect the spark to the pc or Mac in the DJI Assisten2 application, but do not connect! But my luck is that I have DJI Care and today the UPS carrier has come to pick up Spark to be delivered to repair!
