How To Refresh DJI Spark R/C Firmware

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know how to refresh the DJI Spark remote controller firmware? I tried to get the controller to appear in DJI Assistant 2, as I read that it could be done. After that not working, I tried in DJI Go. Apparently it has the latest firmware already, and there is no option to revert or refresh. Is there any way to do so, since I'm suspecting my remote has a firmware problem after a prolonged storage period?

You can reset the remote by holding the power button down for about 10 seconds until it reboots. Have you tried that?
