Hi,

Got my spark and myself licensed to fly in Dubai, UAE but everything seems to be on a green or a red zone recently. Does anyone here know where I can fly on weekends without going to SANAD Academy (Al Lisali) which is just too far from away from my house (Al Muraqabat).

And any drone clubs, hobbyists here too?

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Oh man, I hope that someone an help you here. Welcome to the board!

Need to get a license from sanad academy :
  • LIGHT AIRCRAFTS
Drones / RPAS below 4 KG
  • HOBBYIST CERTIFICATION
    Course includes certification fee
  • 1 DAY
    5 Hours
  • COURSE FEE
    AED 900/-
This is including the course fee and license .
  • License alone will cost AED 350 ( This is for a year and every year there would be aed 150 for the renewal )
Also please be aware of the 5% VAT that would be charged extra .

Thanks @Photoman, already licensed by Sanad Academy and DCAA. I'm looking for a drone friendly location near Deira and clubs/hobbyists near me for weekend flights.

Thanks for the info though ;)
