Flying over a busy freeway is stupid in any country not just Canada.
Hope the guy gets caught and they throw the book at him!

Nah, the latest "Interim Order" from Transport Canada was a huge knee-jerk which basically made it illegal to fly a drone anywhere at any time.

It has since been loosened up, but surprisingly it is still more strict than the USA in some points.
