Insufficient DJI Device Storage

I was flying my Spark on Saturday when I got a message on my screen: "Insufficient DJI Device Storage". The camera image on my phone was frozen but telemetry was updating. Luckily I could see my drone and returned safely.
I got back the image only after rebooting the drone and restarting the app. After that I could fly again normally.
I read that it can happen if your device (phone or tablet) is full but I keep the "Clear cache automatically" option turned on. I have an iPhone 6s, which is actually low on storage.
Has anyone experienced that? Thanks, folks!9496
 
Not exactly, but I made it a point to clear the cache manually from time to time, I have had a series of iPhones since last May when I got the spark, 6s+, 7+, 8+ and now an XR. Each time I cleared and have made it a habit every 10 flights or so. Long story about the phone changes!
 
I don't think this message has to do with the cached video.

If space for cached video is full, go4 will stop caching, but video feed continues.

This seems to be a problem with your device's memory running low, so go4 app malfunctions.
