iTunes App Viewing

I’m needing to download flight records for a DJI Care claim. Instructions say to click on your device (iPhone 8) then click on the Apps and find DJI Go. My problem is I click on my device and there is no Apps icon (there are others).
DJI Care is not responding to me.
Any advice?

its called file sharing not apps

I get Music and TV Shoes, but no File Sharing. Could it be an iPhone setting?

no plug in iphone and itunes will open, click on icon for device and it will open new view and you will find it their.
