Litchi now officially supports Spark, but not Waypoints. I noticed in the app that it will let you create waypoints but I was not flying at the time, just playing with the app connected to the Spark. I'll try it out today and see what happens. Keep me in your thoughts.

It lets you program waypoints but not fly them
