Fab. You’re so lucky but the pilot control was excellent and I loved it. Red tailed hawks are a favourite but we only see then once a year when we visit FL.

Ya, lucky that he did not attack, and I would suggest you avoid close encounters for the sake of respecting the animal's habitat. (IMHO) That might have been a juvenile hawk from the looks of him/her.

I second this comment. As soon as the hawk flew away from the first tree, the drone should have been backed away - the hawk made it clear that it didn’t appreciate the intrusion. Following it to the second tree is close to “chasing” it.

Please respect our wildlife, or we’ll all be under even more regulation than we already are.
