Memory Card Question

So I’ve seen that one of the recommended memory cards is:


Sandisk 64 GB UHS-1 Micro SDXC


I went in to the store today and asked if this one is okay:


SanDisk Ultra microSD UHS-1 Card (64GB)


(It’s a grey and red one)


And the guy recommended I get this one instead:


SanDisk Extreme MicroSDXC 64GB 90MB/s Memory Card


(It’s a gold and red one)


Has anyone used the bottom of the range, cheap grey one and did you have any issues?


I would post links but they all seem to be to shopping sites which I’m not sure I’m allowed to do.


And the reason I’m going with 64GB is because I’m going overseas and won’t have a chance to upload the footage to a computer.

Hello and welcome to the Forum.

have the 64g extreme plus SanDisk (red/gold) and had zero problems.
The 64g is more than enough space for a vacation.

Cheaper cards may not have the video transfer rate required to capture all of the video and may result in dropped frames.
