Hello from the Hoosier Heartland, Colojoelrosa.

Are the props on the correct motors (white ring)?

Do you have a strobe or something on the bottom that may affect the VPS camera?

Yeah, I have the right ones in the correct places and also I deploy it in the same place of other 6 times. THANK YOU

Did you calibrate IMU and compass, after crashing, or before it?

You can upload your flight logs, to be checked by someone with analysing skills.

I’ve been having this problem for awhile.
All DJI can say is recalibrate and reset.
This has been of no help to me. I have noticed if I launch manually it happens less. Palm launching is not an option for me any more. The launch button on the app has almost destroyed my spark.
If you find any real solution? I’d love to hear about it.

Thank you.
So after checking out the flight data. It seems that there battery deviation whenever the bouncing issue arises.
I have labeled my batteries and will monitor them to see if it’s on or both.
Thanks for the guidance, I had almost given up on the Spark and DJIs standard response of recalibrate and refresh firmware was driving me crazy.

You can upload your flightlog here, too.

After that you can copy the link and post it here. So we can see the log, too. It would be really interesting to see for me.

So which is the best/safest way to take off?
1. Palm launch
2. Use the Take-off icon on the Go4 app
3. Use the combination stick function on the RC

Looking for some expert opinion here.

#2 for me.

As I wear a neck lanyard, it makes it easier.

Hold the Spark in the right hand and swipe the launch bar on the Go4 app with the left.

I also land by grasping the Spark firmly with my right hand as I left stick down to a gentle landing until the motors shut down.
I did the flip upside down method once. The Spark and I didn't like it.

I occasionally use the #3 method and never the palm launch.

I've not much luck with the gesture features and I don't like the Spark balanced in my palm.
Too much of a risk to fall off and crash.

I use all methods, depends on the situation.

I think that the safest method is, auto (or manual) launch, from a landing pad.

I also think that hand landing is the safest method to land a spark.

I have attached the link for the Flight record.
I tried to upload a video that i took of it at the same flight. Failed.

I find the best way to launch is to start the motors with the remote joysticks diagonally down towards each other. Then lifting off.
I did some testing over the last few days and found that if i care the batteries and fly almost immediately, I have no problems. If I charge and then wait a few days its no so good.

I intend to keep track of my issues and post my results.

Love to hear whats happening to others.

Still disappointed that my spark has issues.

I'm not experienced but looks like that battery is having a problem. And what's going on with your right joystick? I see it hard forward and hard reverse a number of times.

There's some experienced folks around that can make a lot more sense out of this log than I can.

I uploaded your flight log to Airdata and here it is.

A few observations I made.
1. You had rather poor GPS satellite count. 9~10 at the time of auto take off. Explains the bouncing you experienced?
2. You had loss of signal for 36 secs. Interference?
3. Max. speed warning at 6.6km/hr. Beginner mode?
