My spark while shooting video does not record audio even though i on the audio on

My spark while recording video does not accept audio even though I have on the audio switch in the video programme

Audio is cached in low resolution clip on your device (phone?).
The audio will contain yourselves (pilot) and your surrounding area.
There is no microphone in the Spark.

Why would you want a mic on your Spark? All you would hear is the sound of the motors and props spinning.

My last spark ( which I lost) could record my voice commentary when I shoot a video but my new one not able . All the video settings have the the same

Do you have the audio switch ON in the Go4 app?

You might check to see if your device has a microphone on/off switch?

I thought I had problems once with the sound on my mini4 and found that the tablet holder I was using would turn the volume down by pressing the button on the mini.
