Ndl Filter Polarpro problem

Look at this the NDl Pl 4 from PolarPro are not on the cam from the Spark i can't speak good English but you see what I mean.... If I turn smartphone on the half cam is dark because the filter is on the wrong side...

The clip to fix the filter should go on top of the camera, not on the bottom.
