Have you tried manual takeoff instead of auto?

You have to provide more information.
Does all 4 motors starts when do the down right / down left stick position?
If yes, do they all running at the same speed (personal judgement of course, but still better than nothing)?
If you can see which motor is running significantly more slow than others, than this is probably your broken motor.
Or even better: start the motors, shut them down. The motor which stops suddenly or much earlier than other 3 is 99% your broken motor.
Maybe you can even detect more resistance at this motors than at the other 3 when trying to rotate them by hand, without starting.

I would check for debris in the motor with a magnifying glass. Even if there is nothing visible, I would blow out the motors with a can of air.
