NEED HELP

I just bought a spark and I got everything connected so I thought. I got as far as ready to fly. And when I hit the button it keeps telling me the drone is locked. What is that ? As anyone had problems connecting to any Samsung phones I have a note 8 and it will not connect at all . Help plz

I bought the flymore combo . Will I have to reset the drone again ? I've tried that before and nothing ughhh. It's very frustrating lol

No, you will not have to do that after logging back into DJI GO.

@KBB514 can you post a picture of the drone locked screen notice? And, what is the button that you are hitting just before it tells you it is locked, takeoff?
