Need some info

Howzit guys so im very new i bought my spark about 2 weeks ago and to behonest i fly it every day. I have a few problems though. I cant fly over 50 to 60m then i get a transmition error and im losing signal.

Im going to give you some info on what im using.

My device is a Samsung galaxy note 5 without a OTG cable. To be honest i dont know how some of you get out over 1km with the spark because it really look impossible for me at this moment.

Any advice or help will be much appreciated.

It sounds like you might be set up in beginner mode. I am not around my unit so I can't tell you how to change it but I do know that BEGINNER MODE limits speed and distance from controller.

I hope this helps. Maybe the instructions will help or another question to folks on this forum will help get it out of beginner mode. I do remember it is something you toggle on and off on the controller.

I believe the beginner mode range is 50 meters away and maybe 30 meters high. Attempting to fly beyond should generate an error in the app, though, not a link problem.
