New DJI Go Update

Android, , Samsung c9pro, Dji Go 4.1.9.
After trying various ways to get offline map, "acquiring offline city list" always ended with "network unavailable". I finally concluded that we can ONLY choose:
1. Getting offline map but using previous dji go versions. Available at pureapk.com, 4.1.5 worked.
2. Using the latest dji go which claim the bugs have been fixed, but can not get offline maps.
Any solution?
