New - Need Help Please

Hi,

Bought the Spark (my first drone) mainly to get used to droning and hopefully as a wedding photographer giving me he ability to get a few photos that I normally would not be able to get.

Im having major issues with the Go 4 app. It seems to work and connect without an issue when in doors.....everytime i take it outside with the drone it just crashes at the spash screen.

Ive tried it on both my iPhone and iPad and its doing the same thing.

Contacted DJI but they couldnt really help. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

Not enough info in your post to get help.
iOS versions?
Go4 version?
Firmware versions?
Remote controller?
Airplane mode on idevices?
App conflicts? Close all start fresh.

Thanks for the reply - got an update to go4 v 4.1.5 and that seems to have sorted the issue. took it for its first flight yesterday and loved it. i think im going to need more batteries
