I am unable to connect the Spark to the remote controller. When I go into Wifi settings, I see both the Spark and the RC listed but it says no internet connection. Can someone please tell me what the internet has to do with it and how I can correct it?

First of all, they are two different things.
Did you buy a combo, or spark and controller separately?
In combo, spark and controller are already paired.
First turn on controller. Then spark, and wait a little. If led on controller turns from red to green, then they are connected.
At this time, you don't see Spark's WiFi, but controller's only.
Connect to it. It's natural to have a message of no internet. You're connected to controller, not your internet router.
Now you can open go4 app, and fly.

I purchased the combo. I did as you mentioned, I turned on the controller first and then the Spark. The light never went to green. I went into the go4 app and saw that the RC is connected but it doesn't say to go fly, it say's to enter device. Any idea what's going on here? Thanks!
