No video!

Hi! I just got my Spark a couple of days ago. Ive had 2 flights, one outside and one inside. I have taken several pictures and tried to record videos. The pictures turned out good but there are no videos. I put the micro sd card in a card reader and there are no videos on it in any directory.
I will try reformatting the card tomorrow but am I doing something wrong?

What happens when you press the video record button?

Hi ! Videos are not available in Gesture mode, switch with the normal mode and normally it should be good by pressing the record button.

I am going to reformat the sd card and do some tests today after work. I think that I am doing everything right but we shall see.

I used to get videos in all modes in DJI go app. After the last upgrade , I don’t get them any more, only through USB

Remember to stop recording before you turn power off to the Spark. Once the power is off to the Spark, the recording function can't format the video file so that it is readable.
