Not connecting to app

Hi new flyer just got my drone I tried searching the Forum as well before asking. I already connected my drone to my phone but when I try to take it out for another flight the app doesn't seem to connect with the spark though the Wi-Fi settings says it's connected in the app it says disconnected.

Only way I was able to get it to fly again was to forget in their Wi-Fi network and then reconnect through the app

Is there a specific order of what should be first the app open or the spark turned on?

Turn on Sparky, open up your WiFi on your phone, and connect to the spark, then launch the app

I'm having the same issue. My controller connects to the spark but my app won't connect

To solve is simple. Disconnect the internet connection from your cell phone before connecting to the spark.

Follow the images. There are two ways to do it. The first picture is the fastest. The second and third you have to enter the gear and then click on these two marked items.
