after being promised shipping by today (by CS earlier this week) and it not happening I went on DJI chat. The rep was passive aggressive. I was told when I ordered the delivery time was 18-22 days, but the order time dropped this week to 7-11 days. So I asked would I get my order within the week as that's what they were promising new customers who ordered after me.
He told me that it would be 24jul or later, did I get it, did I want to be part of the first batch! Very tempted just to cancel the order! They've charged my card but not shipped.
