Pairing my RC to the aircraft

Hello,
I purchased the Fly more combo. I did the software updates. I've also already flown the aircraft with my phone...now I'd like to pair my RC and use it to fly my drone. I can not seem to get the pair linked up and get the green light on the remote. I'm not sure if I'm doing something out of sequence? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

If that instructional video didn't work for you can try what worked for me...

I couldn't "see" the RC in my wifi Settings when the Spark was ON. I turned Spark OFF and linked RC to phone via wifi Settings.

Then when I rebooted app, RC and Spark they were all able to connect

Thank you all for your input. I went on chat support with DJI and together we were able to link them. Can’t wait to get out and fly some more!!
