I have just discovered and have done a quick search to see if it was posted - there is a precision gimbal speed setting.
If you move the slider around, you will see the numbers change rapidly.
Tying to set 5, you would get 0, 15, 0 10, 0 as you try to hit 5.
Get close to where you want it, let go of the slider.
press and hold the slider not moving it and a - on one end with a + on the other will appear.
Tap the +/- as needed to get the exact desired speed.
