RAW vs. JPEG explained

IMO, I agree it's possible to color correct a JPEG but everything is a lot more baked in. There's much more range with RAW as it preserves most of the file’s original data compared to a lossy format like JPEG. When the option is available, I second Dragonfly Joe's method of always shooting in both.
