RC will not charge

I went to plug in my remote and it was not charging. I updated firmware and it still did not charge. The light barley lit up when it was plugged and does not charge. what should I do?

What do you mean the light barely lit up? LEDs on the RC should be flashing

I just had the same and it would appear that the female socket where the cable plugs into got damaged whilst trying to plug the cable in last.You may want to inspect this part. Good luck

DJI for whatever reason out a jack on the RC that makes it easy to insert the wrong way and damage pins. Huge failure on their part. Hopefully go to USB-C in the future.
