Should I top up batteries?

Hi. I am wondering: I have two batteries. 20 minutes of flying, and they are back on the charger. Since I am there, I plug in my controller. Is it bad for me to constantly be plugging in a mostly charged controller? Should I let it drain completely first? Also, if I fly half a battery and I am driving to another location, is it bad to charge a half dead battery?

I know this used to be a problem with battery memory, but is it still an issue?

Thanks!

Battery memory is no longer an issue using lipo,

What you're doing topping up your batteries between flying spots is the correct move, there is never a good idea to fly on a non completely charged battery.

This has been widely discussed on phantompilots and MavicPilots maybe @msinger could pitch in some more advices
