Spark “won’t fly”

I sold a BNIB Spark (never opened) to someone. They’re saying that they can get the lights to turn on, but “can’t get it to fly.” Any suggestions or where to point them for help? I know I had some issues with my Spark until I found the right combo.

Tell them to look at the instructions on line. Could be something simple.
