Spark and controller Disconnecting!! argh!!

Stupid question, I also have a Mavic Pro platinum. If i take out my Mavic Pro and try to fly it on the same spot? If it is definitely interference, should the Mavic Pro Platinum also be disconnecting and connecting? I haven't tried this but if it does disconnect/connect then I can "scientifically" somewhat say, yes it's definitely interference. If it doesn't do it??? Hmmm...
Mavic Pro uses Occusync instead of Wifi so you wouldn't see the same issue. Spark uses wifi mainly and if there's a lot of interference, you will see the disconnects. I have tried to go back to flying without an OTG cable but have had very limited success so I only mainly fly nowadays with the OTG cable.

Thanks for that clarification. I would fly OTG if I could with Android. I guess I may have to revert to my iPad mini 4. Sometimes the portability of my Android is all I want to use.

or maybe grab a used iphone 6 plus on ebay and use that.... still lots of screen and works well with the OTG cable solution
