Spark, App and Samsung J3 Phone

Will my Samsung J3, which I think has only 2.4G Wi-Fi, run the Spark effectively for FPV?
Also am concerned about the phone running the App.

Okay, I find that the J3 only has 802.11 b/g/n and no 5G Wi-fi. Will the OTG cable allow for FPV?

I use a J3 with no issues, you may however have to set it up with a different device. I set mine up with an S9 but it works fine with my J3
