Here we are limited by the battery technology available as we have been for the last 15 years. To get that sort of flight time you would need a 4 cell LiPo and something of the Sparks size just couldn't lift it. Even the Air only manages 3 cells from memory and has a real world time of about 16 to 18 minutes. You need to go to an aircraft the size of the Mavic 2 to lift a battery that big along with the camera payload and all the electronics and get anything close to 25 to 30 minutes. It might be possible in a consumer R.P.A. in two to five years but not yet. There are a few new battery technologies being tested that have a better power density than LiPo but none of them are ready for mass consumer production at this point.
