Hi, I have two smartphones, galaxy s8 and huawei p20 pro. Latter is not seeing rc wifi when the rc is connected to spark. It can connect to spark and rc separately. But once the rc is linked to spark, wifi dissapears. I think it's because a specific 5g channel that the phone does not support. Galaxy s8 connects normally. So is there a way to enable the channels that spark rc is using? The strange thing is that a wifi analyser is showing all the available 5g channels. Confusing.

I am having the same issue now my remote won't turn off and my dji spark will not connect this is a manufacturing fault with the lava red version return it for an exchange with the vendor and I wish you good luck thanks DJI DIRECT.....

Seems that 5.8g channels are not supported by your android/or phone.

You can bypass this, using an otg cable. Also, you can try opening a device with 2.4g WiFi near RC. If djigo4 finds 2.4g band busy, will choose 5.8g for ac-rc connection (and 2.4g rc-phone connection).
