Hello all! I bought a Spark last week via this site. The seller had purchased DJI Care Refresh when he purchased the Spark in January and threw it in with the purchase. My question(s) are (1)Can this be transferred to me? And (2) How do I go about transferring it if it can be? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The DJI Care Refresh policy is attached to the specific drone and is valid no matter who owns the drone. Ask the buyer to give you a copy of the DJI Care Refresh service agreement.
This information is not covered in the DJI Care Refresh TOS, but you can find DJI employees answering this question on the DJI forum. For example, in this thread.
