Transferring vids

Everytime I take out my micro SD out of drone and putin my card reader and transfer to phone, it cannot play video, unknown error. Same with if I drag and drop from computer to phone, same thing I'm using Samsung s7 edge. Any ideas? I get same message if I transfer through the dji app while Heli is connected

What format are you using to record the videos?
Have you tried view them on a computer?

So, I just took a video, downloaded it to dji editor, saved it, went to play it, unknown error, cannot play video. Pissin me off

Samsung default player not playing for some reason, downloaded another player from playstore and all is good.
