Unbalanced Motor

I just noticed that this motor isn't sitting correctly. It doesn't seem to be hindering flying capabilities, but I'm sure over time this will wear the motor out.
What do you all think? Replace it? Would I be able to unscrew the two top screws to put it back in place?

the motors are mounted I believe at a 6 deg angle. you photos look as if the motors shaft is bent and motor would need replacing.
