Updated to 0900 and crashed

I just uptdated to the new 0900 version minutes ago. Did everything as directed. Update successful. Manually restarted the drone and Go Fly I go. Everything connected, I hit Go Fly. The drone seems to be lagging to get altitude. Raises about 30 cm and crashes hard to the ground putting a dent on the right front motor and damaging the prop. Anybody else? Kinda afraid to try again.

I updated and do not have any GPS connectivity which kills the return to home function among other things.
