I've really been frustrated trying to use the dji Go app with an old Motorola phone that I have. After reading several posts on here on how much better the IOS product is, I thought I'd give it a try with my iPad. When I go to the play store and download the dji app it doesn't have a setting for the Spark.

Where's the product compatible with Sparky?

I'm not sure, when I go to the settings the model is MD523LL/A. It's about 4 yrs old. Running IOS 10.3.3.
It's an iPad Air. I haven't read the model number off the back because I have a large protection cover that's difficult to remove.

DJI Go 4 in the App Store.

iOS is up to version 11.xx now.
Maybe upgrade the iOS to a current version.

I use an iPad Air. Never had a problem. If you’re using the android app its not compatible. Do as Spark 317 suggests. You will probably have to scan the Spark RC into your iPad. The app will take you through the steps. Then turn on your RC, go to your iPad settings, search for the Spark RC’s internet signal & connect to it. Then open the app.
Good luck, & good flying.

I think what you have is an iPad 4 which is not supported and the ver 10.3.3 is the last update it can take. Get a mini 2 or 4.
