Whats wrong with the camera?? Can anyone help??

Can anyone tell me what the settings are for best camera resolution and why does it automatically change resolution at will?? This is honestly driving me nuts and I can't find anything online in regards to this issue.

Try to lock the exposure by tapping the screen where you want it to lock on, a circle with an unlocked padlock will pop up.
Tap it again to lock it.

You cannot change the resolution of photos in the Spark. There is no setting for it. You will find the HD (12MP) 3968x2976 pixels image on the SD card and a low resolution (1024x768 pixels) copy of it on the phone.
