80m max altitude, what ia wrong?

Hi guys, i have the spark, latest everything, firmware, remote firmware, with otg, no otg, antennas up, antenna down, i get the same results. After 80m or so i looses my signal. And distance i loose the signal after 135m .
Now, i know that this is not normal. Even in the crowded area with multiple signals interface, i should get better results.

So is the most likely the problem with my bird or my remote ?

Are you in beginner mode? Or using your phone to control it?

Are you in CE country?
Did you try to choose a channel manually, in 2.4 band?

Im in ce contry, but in fcc mod
And even if not, in CE i should be able to reach alot hight, and when reach the max i would be getting a massage about it. And not a signal loss.
Im using 2.4GHz , can't change it manually.

Change location and check the range.
Also, refresh Fw for both, drone and controller.

It's like flying using smartphone instead of a controller.

So i did what my guts told me. I took from someone his remote and linked it to my spark.
The results are Unambiguous
