Just got my 2nd spark , one to replace my crashed one that’s out for service. With getting my 2nd spark I connected it to my pc , made sure the firm was up to date . Did all my calibrations , yet I still have a gimbal gyroscope error , right out of the box. Any help please, I’m reading things that appear to make this a common thing ? What should I be looking at next , return ?
personally i would try to refresh FW or 'downgrade FW>factory reset>upgrade FW back to the latest' and you'll see if it helps. it can be hardware but also just the software issue.
And my take is to return it or send it into service.
Don't waste any time, they are supposed to work right out of the box ya know.

Ya I did the software thing already in the assistant on the pc. Took the firmware back a version and then again back to new , with no luck. Yes the drone should work right out of the box new , sending it back , and we’ll see I may just order a refurbished one that i know has been sorted out and known to work. Cheaper too
