I just checked on dual apps like DJI GO 4 seems nothing, LITCHI can be, but when I tap the feature it says Litchi does not support Waypoints on Spark. Anyone can give me reason?
Can I using Orbit and Waypoint mode feature on my Spark?

I ran some Litchi waypoint missions yesterday on my Spark. Worked fine - total fun. Many of the folks here use Litchi with their Sparks.
Wait - when I reread your message title - are you trying to combine orbit and waypoint together? If so, Litchi will not do that. I'm hoping for a future Litchi upgrade that will though.

You can manually simulate POI or Orbit using waypoints. Fly to your target and create a route that goes around the target while keeping the aircraft heading toward the center of the target.
I'm using DJI Mission + DJI Go MOD
Like this simple example:
