Can't access my photos

I recently took photos with my DJI Spark and when I tried to retrieve them, I only see the cache images and the original images are not showing. Even after I download them.

Can someone provide some help please? The attached images is how the images are currently showing

Check the size the storage you have alloted to cache in the Settings of the DJI Go app. Older photos are automatically deleted once the cache becomes full. It's also possible your phone has insufficient free space. You can increase the cache size a great deal depending on how much free space is on your phone.

As far as retrieving your missing footage -- they are stored on the Spark's SD card (at higher quality as well).
